This includes defining agent roles, human team structures, onboarding systems, hiring flows, and compliance-aligned documentation for contracts, engagement, and performance evaluation. Its mission is to ensure that every role—human or agent—is clearly defined, effectively deployed, and strategically aligned with organizational goals.

  • Define all organizational roles with clear scopes, responsibilities, and reporting lines
  • Create and update org charts per department, cluster, or operational pod
  • Distinguish between agent roles, human roles, and hybrid structures

Agent Card & Position System

  • Maintain the AIA Agent Card library, ensuring each agent’s function is documented, versioned, and clear
  • Assign Pod-based responsibilities across departments (e.g., Sales Pod, Ops Pod)
  • Coordinate activation and deactivation of agents as strategy evolves

Human Hiring & Talent Flow

  • Build job descriptions based on operational needs
  • Structure hiring workflows: candidate intake, interview prompts, qualification benchmarks
  • Maintain onboarding templates and SOPs for rapid integration of human team members

Contracts & Legal HR Compliance

  • Draft and manage service agreements, contractor NDAs, and employment terms
  • Ensure alignment with Compliance AIA on country-specific employment rules
  • Maintain version-controlled contract templates and engagement letters

Onboarding and Performance Systems

  • Build onboarding kits for each role, with tool access, training sequences, and performance expectations
  • Develop scorecard templates for evaluating both human and agent performance
  • Track onboarding completion, probation milestones, and retention metrics
