- Align operations, branding, and leadership with regional market norms
Capital Raise Structuring
- Build raise plans across stages: Preseed, Seed, Series A
- Align deal types (e.g. Revenue-Based, Convertible, Asset-Backed) with investor profiles
- Prepare use-of-funds logic and capital deployment strategy
- Support investor storytelling with offer structure, milestones, and risk planning
Strategic Planning and Prioritization
- Define sequencing logic
- Develop quarterly and annual strategic priorities
- Advise the user and Orrin on timing, focus, and execution levers
Fund Design and Investment Strategy
- Align limited partner structure, asset mix, profit logic, and risk tiers
- Bridge ethical investing principles with venture growth priorities
